I'd merch all 3. Can put amber wand in lowend sell and wait for +-5k off someone. Other then that 20/10 is only semi-wanted on a very small amount of skins (pretty much Bo staff and dragon staff and in a very limited way other canthan staves). Accursed is a very common skin not even worth selling if its 20/20 matching attributes.

agree with everything matrix said, except i sold a r9 20/20 curses accursed staff for 50k fairly easily.

I would merch all as well..
I have seen the 20/20 curses version sell for that, but this is a mix breed. Also have seen the 20/20 death bone staves selling lately for quite a bit which baffles me as a friend use to chest run and she got those all day...
